Project Description
The European Erasmus+ KA2 Project “Peer to Peer” (Peer To Peer Trainings For Mothers With Special Kids) with Project Number 2017-1-TR01-KA204-046820, is the result of the cooperation of four countries (Turkey, Greece, Romania, Slovenia). The main goal of the program is to provide educational material and support mainly to women, who take care of a family member with a physical or mental disability. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this program is to empower these women, but also the professionals who work with them.
