Project Description
SOSMIE was a Leonardo Da Vinci program and more specifically Partnerhip (Partnership) funded by the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY). Partners – organizations from France, Italy, Germany and Greece participated in this program.
The program aims to develop a guide and develop teaching and pedagogical tools that can help immigrants identify their abilities and develop their soft skills with the aim of successful integration.
The program builds on the development / empowerment of eight key skills that are considered important for successful adaptation to the world of work. These eight skills include language, communication, self-presentation, teamwork, conflict resolution, acceptance of criticism, flexibility, and understanding of work culture.
